Get Authorization code and Access Token

We have to build a console application in C# .net which will get transaction report from Google Affiliate Network API.
But for this we need Authorization code that can be obtained programmatically without user interaction.
My application needs to read that Authorization code programmatically and again post that Authorization Code for access token which will be posted to get transaction data.
And all these steps need to be done programmatically without user intervention.
Please help someone.
