Hi Folks!
Sorry to miss the meeting last night. :(
I have been placed in the interesting position of Volunteer Coordinator this year for the OpenWest Conference (http://openwest.org). If you would like to be able to attend the conference for free by volunteering for a couple "shifts", I can make this happen!
In fact one of the biggest needs we have for the conference is room monitors where you essentially choose a room (topics are assigned to rooms), help speakers get hooked up, do an introduction and help remind them when time is expired for two to three presentations.
The only other catch is that we do have required training this year that is being held onsite the night before the conference and to help ease the pain of driving to Orem for a couple of hours we are catering the meeting with Costa Vida.
