Hey All,

Anyone interested in seeing the new Mad Max film that comes out this weekend?

When and Where? If you say Brigham City, I'll tease you until the ends of the earth. But really, I'd do that anyway. :)

Oh in that case Brigham has a funky little theater right off of the main drag...

:)

My first instinct is the Saturday Night (6:40 or 7:40) @ the MegaPlex in Ogden by the OALUG meeting space. Central, easy to find as long as you can vaguely see bright neon lights that are so bright the norther lights couldn't compete....

Anyways I think Mad Max might be good with the DBOX seats, though that is a bit
on the pricey side.

But I am flexible too. Cinemark is a bit cheaper and has theaters at Station Park, Layton Hills Mall and someplace else in Ogden. Walker Cinema has the cheapest theater in Ogden on 12th Street by Popeyes.

There is rain forecast for the weekend so you might want to consider that before choosing an option with long walks.

If people wanted to get food before or after I am also game for that. :)

Its the Ogden Marathon this weekend as well. That may make downtown a bit busy. Although that should be all wrapped up by the evening time.

Hi,
This is probably off topic.  I apologize.
I just recently joined this mailing list (group).
I'm new to using Linux.  Newbie.  I'm loving it.  Lots to learn.
I live in the Layton area.

What I'd like to know is this: Is there an appropriate list, or forum or such (or other method) available through the oalug group here for getting help once in awhile, mostly just pointing me to places I can learn what I need to learn?   Is this mailing list appropriate for that?

Apologize for the off topic.  I'm old enough to remember watching all the first string of MAD MAX films, starting from the first one.  My wife's been in the hospital and I'm her primary caregiver or I might get out tomorrow and catch the film myself.  But, hey, you all enjoy enjoy it.  Sounds fun.

Sorry for the confusion but this is the right list, if anything Mad Max was off topic. ;)

If you have any questions feel free to shoot it off to this list, join us in the #OALUG channel of the Freenode IRC network (irc://chat.freenode.net) or come to the Nerd Lunch (Week before OALUG Meeting) or the OALUG Meeting (Last Wed. of the month).
