Visual Alchemy at Harvestworks

Taught by artist and programmer Gene Kogan, Visual Alchemy is a 4-week online course for creating expressive and interactive visuals for live performance. Students will learn how to curate and mix live video streams, and manipulate the pixels in real-time, using their own custom-made performance-ready instruments, crafted using the Processing programming language.

As a special offer for the duration of Harvestworks' 2015 New York Electronic Art Festival, a biennal summit of cutting-edge electronic art, students can sign up for the class at the discounted members rate.
