Build a digital scale off of an arduino

Seeking NY-based electrical engineer / tech enthusiast with previous experience building things with arduinos/raspberry pies for a small (and pretty fun) project to make a digital scale using a load cell that would weigh up to 50kg with a precision of 50g on a 2.5ft x 1.5ft platform and connect to an android tablet.

Will compensate for time and materials.
