Hello All,

I just wanted to let everyone know that, after the polyphemus release last week, Zach Welch and I have spent some time trying to get conda working on BaTLab in support of work at UW. I am happy to announce that our in initial tests we can install conda packages and build some of the recipes in the conda-recipes repo and BaTLab Ubuntu VMs!

We'll continue to bang on this problem, and I am sure that Zach and I will have further questions going forward.
