Hi,

I'm not sure I understand the problem.

I'm not sure this is nrepl related too. This may be more emacs related.

What are you trying to do ? Set some environment variables?

As I just posted, there is an utility that I use that helped me setup some needed variables for emacs - https://github.com/purcell/exec-path-from-shell.

If this is to manipulate environment variables from the clojure repl, there is this library - https://github.com/weavejester/environ

Hope this helps.

Cheers,
tony

On OS X, nrepl-jack-in sources my ~/.bashrc (so I can set envvars like DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH), but on Ubuntu or Mint, it doesn't seem to. I've tried putting ". ~/.bashrc" in my ~/.bash_profile, but that doesn't help.

Any suggestions welcome.
