Hi all!

I just created the 2.2. branch and updated the assembly version.

I'll start to write the release notes for this release and then we will be able to release our first beta!

We still have some bugs aimed for 2.2 which I'll backport when they are ready from master. I'll make a note about that in the release notes as well.
