iManager 2.02 install failes

Hi,

I am having a problem installing iManager 2.02 onto a Nw6.0 SP5 box. I have
gone through the install procedure and all is fine until I get to actually
installing the product via the gui install. I then get the following
error:-

a fatal error has occurred. this program will terminate. You may check
sys:\ni\data\ni.log for more details after you dismiss this dialogue. 1>=1

I using the standalone install (iman_202_Nw60_Standalone.exe) unzipped onto
the sys volume.
I did reboot after upgrading the JVM.

I have pasted the ni.log info at the end of this post,

Nw6.0 sp5, edir 8.7.3
