Error 500 during opening iManager 2.0.2 link

I have upgraded in-place NW 5.1 to NW 6.5 SP2. After lots of tweaking I
have made Netware 6.5 Administration portal working however when I click
the link "Open Novell iManager 2.0.2" (
https://server.site.edu.pl:2200/welcome/WelcomePage?webLink=iManager.xml&linkItem=0
) in upper right corner of Novell Netware 6.5 Administration page (
https://server.site.edu.pl:2200/welcome/webmanager.html ) I get Tomcat error:

The eGuide, iFolder seem to work ok.
BTW. I had to create
sys:\tomcat\4\webapps\nps\WEB-INF\PortalServlets.properties manually.
Any advice?

Using the URL like above and following TID#10091786 I got iManager 2.0.2 up
and running. The key issue is to remove (rename) file
sys:tomcat\4\webapps\nps\WEB-INF\PortalServlet.properties

I had the same problem after creating a New Certificate Authority in C1
and creating new SAS, SSL CertificateIP, SSL CertificateDNS using
PKIDIAG.NLM.
TID 10093605 give me the solution to recreate a new RootCert.der into
SYS:PUBLIC.
Once validated the RootCert.der file must be re-exported.
Using Console One export the server's SSL CertificateIP kmo to a der file
with the name RootCert.der. Copy this file to the server's sys:public
directory after making a backup of the one that already exists there.
Now this must be imported into Tomcat. Issue the following command at the
Console: "tckeygen". Monitor the server's logger screen for progress.
Make sure that the old server name does not appear in the subject name.
If so the original RootCert.der file was not overwritten.
Again, restart Apache\Tomcat or restart server. Once the server is back
online look at the logger screen to see if the second instance of Tomcat
is listening on 9009. If so it was successful.
