I checked the KB articles and did find information in regard to this. But,
there is no solution or fix except it says, once connectivity is
established, the client loaded without any errors. So, I am not sure. what
this means.
fix
It was determined that the MTA was not connecting to the POA. All admin
updates had never reached the post office. Once connectivity was
established, the client loaded without any errors.
