Trying to find latest version of 312ptx.exe

Would anyone no where I could find the latest version of 312ptx.exe.
I have 312PTD.exe, and I am running into the problem stated below, if
someone could point me towards this file I would be greatly appreciated.


312PTx.EXE (Where "x" is 8 or higher) must be installed on NetWare
v3.12 file servers prior to installing ODI33G.EXE. Without this patch
the following message may be displayed when NBI.NLM loads.

"Warning: This version of NetWare does not support protected mode BIOS
accesses. Without a loader patch some PCI drivers may fail."
