Whenever someone tries to open a page in MS Word 97 she gets the
following error message:

GroupWise ODMA Integration

Unable to load resource library. Exit the current application, install
the resource library and restart your application.

We are running the enhancement pack.

What is the resource library? Where do I get it from to install it?
Why do I need to install it?

Thanks

Marc,

Did you try disabling file integrations.
Tools | Options | Documents | Integrations

This may resolve your problem.

Look for GWODM132.DLL in the windows SYSTEM or SYSTEM32 directory and rename
it to GWODM132.BAK. This will keep ODMA from "firing up" and giving that
error. If you ever *do* want to use integrations you can turn them on and
just rename the file back to .DLL

We have only seen this happen on NT workstations when a user account is
added to the machine *after* the GW client has been installed. Is that the
case here? (just curious)

Try renaming the odma32.dll to odma32.bak, and rebooting.
