Hello hackers
As well as becoming the new home for Norwich Hackspace, Lion House has become a centre of studios for artists and art classes. One of the most recent tenants is Art Pocket who run a range of classes for both informal 'hobby' interest and also some qualifications such as their Art Foundation course. They also run art clubs for young people  Find out more here http://artpocketuk.weebly.com/. Aviva is also doing a talk at the Forum as part of Maker's Month Colours of Norfolk Lunchtime talk in the Forum Auditorium
Friday 3 February 1-2pm

As well as ArtPocket on the 2nd floor, the Workrooms are on the 1st floor with textile artist Aviva Leigh who runs weaving and vegetable dye courses and trips abroad www.avivaleigh.com

Also on the top floor is Bev Coraldean or Geneality Art  www.genealityart.com, well-known for her line drawings of Norwich and other buildings

The Royal Drawing School run regular Saturday morning drawing classes for young people aged 10-14

There will no doubt be more coming along soon so keep an eye on Lion House
