Fred is currently hosting so that may not be the major thing. I am keen in two things - one is that we don't start using another domain name having chosen
norwichhackspace.org. kin the beginning and have various publicity etc using that name
Second is that we make sure that there is member functionality but also that it is very clear for members of the public/potential funders etc what we are about and that it can be visual and easy to update.
I don't mind if the member pages are techy with forums and all those other things but it must not be overwhelming on the public facing side - so simple shop window in front of a shop with lots of stock is fine
Toby is currently building a site using October CMS and I think it is really up to him to have a say on this
I have been putting together a list of functionality which is probably where we want to start before we change anything too much - though I agree we are not in a good way webwise at the moment
Also I should let people know that I have files etc for logos and visual identity if they are needed for any purpose
