Membership to end

Regular space attenders will be aware that I have not been in the space for several months now. This is due to a few factors including some health issues.
Without boring folk with details I hope it will suffice to say that after much deliberation I've come the decision that it would be best for me to discontinue my membership.
I just wanted to let folk know that during the time I came to the space I gained a lot from it and the people I've met so thank you all for that. I'd also like to think that I managed to contribute in some degree to the space as well. I'll bring my key along to open space tomorrow evening. Thanks again and continue doing and making great things!

Hi Tim,

Sorry to see that you're not able to be a regular member any more. I'm not sure of our 'exit process', but you do have a project box that probably contains items you'd like to keep.

Just remember that there is always Welcome Wednesday and occasionally a Last Saturday (of the month) where you will be more than welcome to visit and make/create/mend cool things :)

I think the exit procedure is the memeber that wants to leave has to buty everyone a pint :-D

 

Seriously there's nothing really to be done as poeple can drop in and out of membership anytime they want anyway. the only stipulation is they should take their box away if they are definitely not rejoining ( for a while)

 

With a keyholder it would be good to have a record that the key has returned. I reckon just dig out Tim's keyholder form. Write on it that key had been returned and get Tim and a current keyholder to sign/date it  to say so
