SDR pay issue update :) must read

By the grace of all mighty ALLAH we are going to announce a very good news.

its a good good news for every reklam distributor.....

yesterday we got an offer for reklam distribution... That offer was 0.75 SEK per house hold for everything (Distribution + sorting + weight + distance).

But it was not acceptable for us so, we arranged a meeting last night and in that meeting we decided that at least the pay should be 0.90 SEK per house hold. So, we planned to talk and negotiate with SDR again.

So, today after a long discussion and bargaining she agreed on 1 SEK per house hold for everything (Distribution + sorting + weight + distance). If paper for all houses (like ingen reklam) will come you will get 1 SEK per house hold extra.

For example:

If one district has 300 houses without ingen reklam and 500 with ingen reklam then his normal pay will be 300 SEK and if ingen reklam paper for all houses will come then the pay will be 500 SEK for this district. (you can calculate your district)

Now I think this is the best package for all of us. Because previously no one of us was getting this much pay. But there are different conditions for this which you can find in attachment. (please find the conditions in attachment). You must follow these conditions

Other things which are not mentioned in that paper are.

1) Your complaint will be considered in different conditions

     a) If you missed one apartment in one building then it will be verified 1st and it will not be considered as mistake if you will give them reklam again (because it might be a false mistake but you need          to be careful for next week)

     b) But if you missed one whole building for one week then it will be considered as mistake (but it might be unconsciously so, it will be again verified and you need to give them reklam again for that            week)

     c) But if you missed one whole building for continuous 2 weeks and one building has 9 apartments in it then it will be considered as 18 mistakes for 1 week and then SDR can take back your district.

     d) If you miss one paper in whole district then it will be considered as major mistake then SDR can take district from you.

     e) If someone complains that you are not give reklam to him/her for previous 2 or 3 weeks then it will be considered as major mistake and SDR can take district from you.

2) You can not distribute reklam on monday or tuesday you must distribute before sunday evening. (except in worst weather but you must inform SDR for this)

3) After completing district you must inform SDR about the completion of distribution on 

      www.zurr.net (http://avrapp.sdr.se/utdelare/login.html)   please keep it in mind that it is must to inform them about completion of distribution.

4) If any door is not opening or the code of the building is changed then you must inform them on the same link given above and it is better to email SDR also.

5) One thing more, it is your temporary job or part time job so, you can leave at any time if you want. But SDR can not fire you without any genuine reason.

To get your districts back and start job from this week you need to sign the contract given in attachment. For this Anna will come to Ektropesgatan 2 (Bollen) tomorrow with these contract letters for every person at 4 PM. But we need to discuss some issues with all the distributors. So, it is a humble request to all come  1hour earlier, means come at 3:00 PM so, we can discuss all the concerns about distribution.

One thing more please do not go to SDR office untill tomorrow for signing the contract or anything else it might be risky because the contract is in swedish and it can be changed. If you need to discuss anything please come bollen tomorrow at 3:00 PM 

If anyone has issues with this pay or any other thing, please contact me personally not through group or it is better to discuss all issues tomorrow at 3:30 PM

Thanks to ALLAH and Congrats to all for this reasonable decision, Special thanks from juniors because they gave us their full support and also thanks of those seniors who gave us guidance.i personaly  believe this decision gives more opportunities for every one. 

I agree with Abdul Qadir for translation of Contract Paper because every thing is depend on it, so every one should translate it and read it carefully because after signature you are the responsible for your contract. and every one should come at 3:00 in Bollen and discuss if you have personal issues because during the signature no one discuss personal issue. Hope so you know what i mean.

At last i also agree with Hamid Mahmood. but i add Abdul Qadir and Hamid also because they done long discussions with Hammad Bhatti. and last some days are very funny for both of them.

After reading that at last , SDR Distribution has agreed to pay reasonable wages to all the people who are involved in distribution work, I congratulate all of you for this great success. To the best of my knowledge, it is a collective effort and everyone duly participated and stood up for his rights, so congratulations to all the guys who showed their courage and paid their time for this effort.

We need to show more in the form of unity and many more characteristics to stand out among the other nations, keep it up brothers.
