Just the right amount of ruffles to be feminine but not too fussy. The dress fits beautifully through the waist, chest and hips, yet I had it tailored to reduce some of the flare in the skirt, adjust the length to lift the hemline, and adjust the shoulder area to lift the V-neck for an improved fit.
