PUMA 'FAAS 100 R' Running Shoe (Men) Bought this shoe because I loved the original Faas 300. Tried the new one on in store and wasn't that impressed. They didn't have the 100 in stock, so I went ahead an ordered it because of Puma's 30-day guarantee. I have to say, I'm feeling a lot more sore after a run than I did before, especially in the calves, but I expected that. Bought these hoping that these shoes will force me to work a little harder but run a little more naturally, and so far they seem to be doing the trick. Hoping that I become more acclimated quickly so I can go back to daily runs without too much stiffness. (Also, these were significantly cheaper than the Nike 4.0 Free's that I was also considering) First things first: I consider myself relatively unbiased on PUMA 'FAAS 100 R' Running Shoe (Men) products. Wonderful product with a good price here with this store. I like it!!!!! "Fast, light, and the sole is durable. Overall, it is a runners shoe; I do not recommended for heavy runners, or beginners, this is more of a high miler, track runner, CXer who likes to feel the road (strong footer). The only weak point is the frame, as it will deteriorate easily with abrasion. Overall, it is an awesome piece of gear."
