error on redhat 6.5

i got this error when try to build on redhat 6.5 , any advise on it?

Have you followed the installation guide at http://bit.ly/nokohelp ?

If not, please do and let us know how you get on.

If so, please double-check that you have all your basic development libraries installed. Can you install simpler ruby gems with C extensions?
