Making nokogiri work on Ruby 2.5

Hi everybody,

I recently upgraded Ruby to the version 2.5 and was bummed to realize it didn't support nokogiri anymore.

But I've seen many a few commits on github talking about making Nokogiri work on Ruby 2.5. So, is there any way to build it by myself and use it without having to handle multiple versions of Ruby?
