Scraping an AJAX loaded element

Greetings from Malaysia.

I wanted to scrape few specific elements on http://www.e-solat.gov.my/web/ , which is when you click 'Tukar Zon', a dropdown will appear, and when you select one of the elements in the dropdown, the prayer times on the left side of the screen will changed as well.

Click, a dropdown appear, select element, and the prayer times change.

I followed all the tutorials available I could find, stackoverflowed it, but still no luck.

Please help!
