http error 500 trying to setup user

Just registered w/ my coupon code, installed nodester, and when
attempting to do a :'nodester user setup' I am getting a 500 error.
I've double checked and my username and password are correct. I even
tried re-registering with a different username / password and still no
luck.

This was an issue w/ a corporate proxy. No longer an issue @ home.
