error when installing 'node-gyp'

Hi. I am trying to install it with this command:

npm install express ioredis socket.io --save

In return, I get the following error screen:

I am running windows 8.1.

gyp ERR! stack Error: Can't find "msbuild.exe". Do you have Microsoft Visual Stu

dio C++ 2008+ installed.

I do have visual studio 2012 installed.

How do I make it work for now?

tried to setup these two paths as added values of PATH, and still getting the same error:

C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v2.0.50727

how do I make msbuild to be found?

Have you try start vs command line? Then cd to your work space.
