Redirect solution

Hi,

Newbie here.

I am wondering if there is a module that can handle redirects based on ip address as well as the ability to redirect based on a users Country?

For example based on users country ip they get redirected to mydomain.com/en-us or once a user logs in they get redirected to (for example) mydomain.com/en-au

Basically want to have separate country based sites (like Microsoft.com)
