FullStack 2015 Call for Papers

FullStack, London
June 25th - 27th 2015

Hi all, FullStack is Europe's premier developer conference for those interested in JavaScript, NodeJS, IoT, and other full stack technologies. With over 300 developers expected, we're looking for talks and sessions that will educate and inspire London's growing tech community.

FullStack is an independent conference organised for and by the community. Following the tremendous response to our 'Call For Thoughts', and with the help from Cian O'Maidin (NearForm), Rob Moran (ARM), Robert Rees (Guardian), Sarah Clark (Google) and members of our JavaScript, Node and Angular community, we have been able to identify some key themes for this year's conference.

Themes

- ES6 and io.js
- App Architectures for Performance, Maintainability, etc.
- Software rendering
- Virtual DOM (e.g. React)
- NodeJS and associated tech
- Implementation stories and soft skills.
- Dev Ops / NoOps
- Microservices
- AngularJS 2.0 and related topics
- Hardware
- Internet of Things

Don't feel restricted by these themes, if you have a talk that you think is of value, please submit! :)

We're especially keen to hear from people who haven't spoken at conferences before. If you are scared of presenting alone - feel free to pair with someone on your team. The community is very friendly & this is a safe way to dip your toes in the public speaking arena.

Format
Talks are planned at 30 minutes long, so keep intros to a minimum and allow questions to naturally flow to the breaks. We are having a small selection of lightning talks, so if your topic doesn't stretch, submit a 10 minute talk. On the second day, we are going to have a workshop track, which will focus on the Internet of Things (IoT). Workshops should be 2 hours long (please state if you wish to propose a shorter/longer session).

Timeline
- Closes March 20th 2015.
- We will disclose selected talks in batches
- All submission entries will be contacted by week commencing April 6th
