Simple node.js support for rich apps on ExtJS

Hi.

I propose small (just connect 2.9) multiuser (RBAC) platform with comprehensible ideas and amount of code to just start developing desktop-like (e.g. MS Excel/VBA, Delphi, etc.) applications that help organizations to run its small business.

Heavy lifting of UI is done by ExtJS. All is left is to put loads of business logic behind.

If `Ext.data.Store` and/or JSON contract does not suit, then go on with text/plain + MS Excel/VBA/WinHTTP (with far less UI possibilities).Under MS Windows `node-webkit` is used as native app to run and admin background node.js server. But distributed use is by browser anyway.

Thanks to Chromium, node.js people and Sencha ExtJS, something like good old Turbo Vision environment is in the air....
