Method to read strings in a log file

Hey All,

I am totally new to Node.js, though I understand a bit of javascript. I am working on some logging application.

I have a log file in the file system of my machine. This file keeps on updating and I need to search a string from the file.

Would it be possible with Node.js? If yes, can you guyz help me with sample code?
