2 Menus On Same Page in Site?

How do I publish 2 menus in separate files?
I own Visual Infinite Menus too and put the core IM Code in 1 file that gets included in all source pages. Then I put the actual menu javascript code in another .JS file that gets included in all source pages. Then I put the function animation functions for the menu in another .JS file that gets included in all source pages.
I can't figure out for the life of me how to do this in Visual Nodefire.
-Please Help
