Node-red on bluemix comes with "ibmiot" nodes which allow send/receive message to/from IOT Foundation,
How to get such node into my local installation?

If you look on flows.nodered.org you'll find a listing of all the available nodes as well as instructions that show you how to install them.
If you search for IBM there's one that says it can be used outside of bluemix
