ARM64V8 Docker image build

Hi!

Could you tell me, is it possible to change base docker image in aarch64 build, to official arm64v8 node image:

https://hub.docker.com/r/arm64v8/node/

Yesterday I tried with my Odroid C2 minicomputer and it was OK!
