Problems connecting to Azure MySQL database.

I'm kind of a noob to any JS programming. But I want to connect to a Azure MySQL database, but I only get errors when I try to run the program.

The error is: The connection string may not be right. Please visit portal for references.

I have opened the firewall for the DB on the IP I'm on now.

Please help me :D
