Running Node.ACS App just opens package.json as plain text.

I run my project and this is the URL:
http://127.0.0.1:8020/[APP NAME]/package.json

However, package.json just opens as plain text.

And, if I try to open my app's root URL:
http://127.0.0.1:8020/[APP NAME]

I'm getting File [APP NAME] not found.

How do I configure it to open my app?
