i can't install nltk 3 in python 3

i have win 7 pro N x64 for os and i would like to install nltk but i can't.
i downloaded python 3.4.1 msi x86(or x64) installer from python.org and run without problems.
after that i downloaded nltk 3.0.0 from nltk.org(installing nltk) and i open zip file and click setup.py but when i click that is opended a black window and close .
what shoud i do ?

Try navigating to the directory with a command prompt and then typing  C:\python34>python setup.py
