nltk 3: SymmetricProximateTokensTemplate,ProximateTokensTemplate,ProximateTagsRule and ProximateWordsRule

What should I use in nltk 3 instead of SymmetricProximateTokensTemplate,ProximateTokensTemplate,ProximateTagsRule and ProximateWordsRule ?

I'm trying to adapt _ttp://www.clips.ua.ac.be/pages/using-wikicorpus-nltk-to-build-a-spanish-part-of-speech-tagger to nltk 3

The Brill Tagger API was difficult to use, so it was redesigned.
