Sentence Generation from Random Input

Is there a way to generate a grammatically correct sentence based on random text input? I have used nltk to find the part of speech for random words, is there a way to use that to organize the texts into sentence?

ie: input --> "create How a that makes can sentence I sense"    |||    output --> "How can I create a sentence that makes sense"
