Nitrogen at Chicago Erlang Conference 2014 (and another upcoming talk)

Hey folks,

While I'm preparing the full official release of Nitrogen 2.3, I
thought I'd share the video of my talk about Nitrogen at the Chicago
Erlang Conference this past September:
