Please telll the settings of FTP client behind proxy

In our college due to proxy server you are not able to use Filezilla
only within line you can use. Its work on ftp port 21 or 22 and these
ports are not open in our proxy.

Is there no alternative or FTP proxy settings that can be done to use any ftp client? We are just behind a proxy server and a firewall there must be some network configuration to bypass it for port 21.

Please help. I need it urgently.
