Is it hard to incorporate the materialize css http://materializecss.com/getting-started.html for the theme in place of bootstrap options?

Sorry the questions short but that's all I wanted to know?

not sure how hard it would be, but to put a "materialize ui" style to the bootstrap markup willl be cheaper, for sure.
