Converting an issue into a PR

Ever bothered you that there is a bug, you start fixing it, create a PR
and now there are TWO bugs?

Be bothered no more!

Use http://issue2pr.herokuapp.com/ and fix that.

How it works?

1) You or someone creates the issue.
2) You start a branch
3) You push it
4) DO NOT CREATE A PR
5) Go to http://issue2pr.herokuapp.com/ and have it turn the issue from
1) into a PR merging your branch :-)

You can also use hub to do this. It's supposedly deprecated, though.
