New release coming up

I plan to do a release in the next coupld of days. Below's a list of all 
that's changed. If any of this affects you,
and you are git-tolerant, it may be a good idea to check master out, and 
yell here if anything broke.

If none of this affects you, it's still a good idea 

Features
--------

* Four new filters: html_tidy_nowrap, html_tidy_wrap, html_tidy_wrap_attr,
   and html_tidy_mini for prettification and minification. Requires tidy5.

* Compatibility with doit v0.28.0 (Issue #1655)
