possible (unconfirmed) Harrier in Swanzey

A few minutes ago around 4:00 PM I stopped by the airport in Swanzey on my way home. I saw a large bird slowly gliding back and forth over the grass in the distance. Only flapping when it slowed down to investigate something. Sadly it was distant, my binoculars were not on me, and my camera lost charge so I cannot tell you if it had a white tail patch. (when flying over the bushes it looked dark grey, but it seemed lighter in the more lit areas), The flight pattern reminded me of a harrrier but only having seen one twice and not getting a good look at this bird I am not certain. Can anyone else confirm the ID?
