Is this a Rusty Blackbird?

On monday I saw three birds land in a cherry tree on Fish Hatchery Rd in Richmond. Their body shape and chack calls suggest a blackbird but their odd brown with a black belly color does not match any I am familiar with. Is this a Rusty Blackbird?
