I have been having some trouble getting page speed to optimize images on one of my sites, the headers are also missing from this site, vs another site (on the same server) were page speed seems to be working just fine.

here are my configs:

Any idea why pagespeed is not working on this site?

Thanks for your help!

Probably related to memcached use, which eliminates most filecache usage. Do you observe functional issues on the site regarding ngx_pagespeed?

Maybe the site where pagespeed isn't enabled is missing "pagespeed on;"?

Yah, I thought of that, however that config is included in the site config from pagespeed.conf

What happens if you disable Brotli compression?

The config in working site is the same as the not working site?

This inject debug messages in the html page code. If you have tried it, what messages are?
Same result
