hide google pagespeed

hi every one 

there is several way to change nginx server name to hide web server name for security

like : https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/how-to-customize-your-nginx-server-name-after-compiling-from-source-in-centos

is there any way to full hide google page speed from nginx ?

i found this :

Nginx:

pagespeed XHeaderValue "Powered By ngx_pagespeed";

but it does not full hide page speed,

please help me

PageSpeed needs that header to prevent double-optimizing in some uses.

You also can't completely hide PageSpeed; it's generally easy to tell
a site is running PageSpeed from inspecting the output source, which
means a security profiling tool can just check that instead of looking
at headers.
