Does this error ring any bells?

I was inspecting a site I run with the dev tools to check the class of an element when I saw this notification in hte js console:

`Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)

Any ideas What's going on here?

And when I refreshed the page to check if it is still happening I found this:
