Hi,--
nginx: 1.9.5
pagespeed: 1.9.32.10-beta
browsers:
- Firefox 41.0.2
- Chrome 46.0.2490.80 m
issue:
Site is loaded with one browser repeatedly until fully optimized. Once I switch to the other browser, css totally breaks. Multiple reloads lead to a deadlock situation (load time > 60s) of a page and suddenly the page is fully optimized and ok for the other browser, but broken for viewing in the original browser, except image dimensions.
A. The optimizations are perfect for the site for that specific browser.
B. Only when I switch browsers, the site breaks for some time (Except the image resize Filter breakign it again).
Bottom line: optimization for one browser breaks it for the other. Esspecially on Firefox => Chrome.

Are you using a cache in front of PageSpeed? Can you send your pagespeed.conf settings?-Josh
