I've been looking at the stats on my nginx/pagespeed/memcahced install and I wondered why there's no deletes?
memcached_async_deletes 0 0
memcached_async_hits 81219 1
memcached_async_inserts 38823 1
memcached_async_misses 108819 1
memcached_blocking_deletes 0 0
memcached_blocking_hits 47853 1
memcached_blocking_inserts 10843 1
memcached_blocking_misses 35220 1
My memcached segment is full and the internal memcached stats also say no deletes. That's after 44 days.
If the segment is full, wouldn't it be expected to see some deletes? hits and misses do seem to be incrementing

PageSpeed doesn't delete anything from memcache. Instead it keeps
inserting, and memcached will evict older entries as needed.

That's interesting, I'll look more carefully at what memcached is doing!
Thanks!
