A few odds and ends from the last few days
Gray Catbird at the entrance of Grand Codroy RV park. A second Catbird behind the church in upper ferry.
A single Piping Plover on the inside of Shearston Beach
Several Wood Duck sightings with 3 eclipse plumage Drake's at small pond on left side of road just before Reckhouse. 4 eclipse plumage birds at Pasadena treatment ponds and 1 eclipse Drake at Deer Lake treatment ponds.
A single Solitary Sandpiper on the ATV trail that is on the left side of the Deer Lake waste treatment ponds.
Shorebirds are beginning to gather in Stephenville crossing, becides the usual suspects there was 14 Red Knots on Wednesday

The ATV trail is on the RIGHT side of then deer lake lagoons
