Nothing exciting.
First I wandered up the lower section of the Virginia River and saw absolutely nothing, but just as I left I heard a single burst of SONG SPARROW song.
At the West end, there were:-
3 Pr Am. Wigeon
2 Coots
1 Pied-billed Grebe
1 Double-crested Cormorants
many Mallards and mongrels
still a few imm. Iceland Gulls, but mostly Ring-billed Gulls.
